Bluefin Pro: WebSocket Order Confirmation

Bluefin Pro is a decentralized perpetual futures exchange on Sui. For API order creation and cancellation, HTTP replies acknowledge requests after basic schema validation. WebSocket updates provide the actual confirmation of order status and cancellation outcomes.

Updated

Bluefin states that its platform is unavailable to United States residents.

Order State Beyond the HTTP Response

An acknowledged request is distinct from an open order or a completed cancellation. The Pro API confirmation model uses WebSocket updates to confirm open or rejected orders, successful cancellations, and failed outcomes.

Cancellation Codes and Their Conditions

Bluefin Pro returns cancellation-reason codes through WebSocket order updates. These documented values identify margin shortfalls, violations of order constraints, and revoked trading authorization.
